After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate via email.
If requested, we can also provide paint or stain pricing through one of our trusted finishing partners for added convenience.

You’re welcome to reach out with questions or request revisions before approving the proposal.
Once finalized:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project on the schedule
Materials will be ordered
Installation dates will be confirmed

Carpenters will arrive on time and complete the installation with attention to detail, cleanliness, and craftsmanship.
Additional changes or upgrades can often be accommodated during the project, though they may require additional charges or an extended timeline depending on scope.

Upon completion, we ask homeowners to inspect the work to ensure everything meets expectations.
Final payment is due once the project is complete.
